Three-night in-season minimum reservation (less than three nights subject to availability).

Quoted rates apply to reservations confirmed two weeks prior to arrival. Otherwise, rates are subject to change without notice.

Holidays and weekends are subject to rate change.

Reservations confirmed only with a required non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of one night's rent, which is applied to the last day of reservation.

Confirmed reservations will be held only until 5 p.m. on scheduled date of arrival, unless later arrival has been arranged.

Check-in after 2 p.m. Check-out by 10 a.m. Motel facilities are for registered guests only.

Parking for one car per unit. On and Off Site Parking

Deposits & Refunds:

Deposit (Cash, Debit Card, Visa or Master Card) must be received within 5 days of reservation to hold it

A deposit of one days rental is required to confirm reservations. Deposits will be credited to the last day of the reservation. Reservations cancelled at least 21 days prior to the arrival dates are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. All other cancellations will result in the loss of the deposit. Refunds re not given for inclement weather
